Wiring an BPT on an BP N/A Harness?
Hey guys,
I have a 1993 mazda 323 DX that I'm swapping a BPT into. I picked up a 1991 Mazda Protege LX (1.8L DOHC BP) for parts. I intend on using the tranny, axels, mounts, etc. My question is that my BPT motor came with a cut engine harness. Could I use the N/A BP harness from my protege to wire up the BPT. Logic tells me I could because they are pretty much the same motors. I have an AEPXI SAFC2 to control fuel so I don't blow it up. Will this work? Also is it pretty straightforward in terms of connecting sensor and whatnot up? Thanks Ryan :bt: |
Crap, can a mod move this to engine performance please?
Thanks Ryan |
Yes, you can use the DOHC wiring harness. That's what I did with mine
