Will the SOHC air intake hose work on the DOHC? and also, what stuff from the engines can interchange?

after taking a look at cablemirc's underhood shots from his valve cover painting (a nice 260k mile sohc engine), you can easily see it's routed the same, it's the same diatmeter, and breather tubes look the same.
