WHAT going on here!

I have a little problem, the other day I took my protege 91 DX to a car wash and returned home and noticed some smoke coming from the front of the car the first thing I don't understand the car trip only took 5 min and in the cold weather in Quebec I let the car warm up at least 3min max so the engine could not of over- heated. Second I checked all the car fluid's (coolant, engine oil etc) so it's not low on anything what could be the problem? Someone that has any idea in the world knows why when I drive over 10 min and stop the car smoke comes up from the front of the car

ok does this happen every time you drive your car or just this once. b/c mine will smoke out the front if a just washed it. its just the water on the radiator. it should have gone away after awhile. ;)

If it happens even when you don't wash the car, it could be some kind of residue on the engine... Has the engine recently been shampooed? If so, that's just the shampoo burning off, nothing to worry about. Otherwise, it could be that you valve cover gasket is leaking oil onto the head, which is smoking... That means you need to change your valve cover gasket. No big deal: 35$ canadian and 30-45minutes to do it yourself, although it's getting cold, so I suggest a heated garage... It could be something else, but I've experienced both the situations I just mentionned...

yea I think you may be right

Yea it's most likely water in the engine or radiator or a head gasket leak thanks for the input fellow Pro's:)
