Struggling in low rpm

Hi Guys,
I have a 93 Protege. i had a crack in my radiator(the plastic cover on top of the core) and the coolant was spilling all over the place. I fixed it. When i had this problem my cars engine started giving problems. It struggles as if it has problems with firing the cylinders. it is happens only whenm in low speed while city driving and while shifting gears.. But at speeds above 50 i dont seem to have it. can it be like the distributor be dirty wit some coolant or the park plugs? Thanks
Kartsel

check spark plugs/wires and make sure that there are no cracks on the intake hose
