How much money you got??

Invincibleredp5 Jan 13, 2003 05:57 PM

i'm just throwing around ideas, and i'm not looking to do it tomorrow, i dont even have the 323 yet, but i'm looking at one on thursday night. it'll be my project car. and i dont mind going monster garage on it.
as for funds, by next year i should be making enough to drop about 25 grand in mods, not saying i would, but thats where i stand.
at that point i'd probably get a more mod friendly car.

ok if your still with me heres my next question. what clutch should i put in it? note: its pure race not gunna be street legal at all.

You can do anything if you have the $$$. I think a Twin Engine All Wheel Drive 626 powered by boosted FE3's would be cool, but I dont got the $$.

It can be done, but is it worth it?

OMG that is a mean 323...Def not worth it better off getting a gtx motor and swapping it in. U can try the ACT webpage they might have a kit for ur car ..Jon

with clutch from tilton, i was looking at specs and i couldnt determin.

as far as any1 knows a-spec is still around right???? cause i NEED that kl-ze... i spend so much time on there sight just stairing at the pic of the blue 323 with the beautiful v6 being lowered into it.

i was planning on doing mods to both the P5 and the 323, but i need that engine. $3500 for engine, tranny, suspension mods, ecu.

running in the 13's... throw a lil juice on it, tho i dont like NOS, probably just wait and go twin turbo....but all this will have to wait till the end of this year. so just keep your eyes open for my time slips in say 9 months

As far as I know they're still around. THere is a v6 323 for sale on ebay # 2906487664 , and the same one on protegetech. Its from Whitby Ont. Dude wants 6500$ CDN or about 4200USD
A-spec is a little far to go to get your car done though isn't it??

Invincibleredp5 Jan 16, 2003 05:06 PM

i'm doing it myself just want the parts, and my family's in canada and my uncles a truck driver and comes to the states all the time, so i can get it that way. or if any1 knows where i can get all the parts that A-spec sells in there package deal for that price let me know. i'll check anything out at this point. its still a few months off my radar.

If you really have some cash laying around get a mod list that looks something like this:

BG 323 SE
Stripped interior, roll cage
Reinforced BP w/ 25+ lbs. FI
Quaife SMG
Haltec EMS
GPS alarm

Reythm
Automobile purgatory currently

Invincibleredp5 Jan 19, 2003 02:15 AM

i know every1 loves the BP

but personaly my plan is KL-ZE
gutted, roll cage. and eventually copy the a-spec car with the 300zx twin turbos.
