rollin 150k

Well just yesterday my car rolled 150,000. Hope this thing holds together for another two years. Its doing great right now. And this weekend it gets a new clutch, axles, brakes, and pvc. By the end of the summer i planned to have changed. The all belts, hoses flush and fill the coolent, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. am i missing anything?

Right now i put about 75 miles on a day during the week. then this fall i will be moving and going back to school i it will be about the same or more. so by the end of two years it should be well used. but hopefully still kickin strong.

oh yea anyone know of a good import junk yard in the midwest. like within 250 miles from Omaha NE or Des Moines IA?

Welcome to the club. Although the mileage has slowed recently, I rolled over 180k last weekend. Still on the original (abused) clutch. Last weekend was the Atwater Pro Solo, with 24 drag race starts. Held up just fine.

I'm going to roll 145k next week some time. I wish I'd had the luck the rest of you have had. So far mine's gone through two clutches and one transmission, and is about ready for a third exhaust pipe. On the plus side, the engine has never had a problem, and the car still drives fine. I just wish the drivetrain held up a little better. To clear up any confusion, it wasn't me who broke everything either. I'm pretty easy on it, and for most of it's life it was my parents' car, and as far as I know they never raced it.
