please help me

I want to connect my radiator fan in a way that when I turn my car on, the fan turns on... I don't want it to wait for the coolant to become hot before it turns on... Does anyone know witch wires I should connect with what?

Thanx

cuz I broke my coolent tempeture sensor, and I want my engine to run cooler. Or is just better off to get a new sensor? lol It'll probebly run to cold during the winter if I dothat right?

Don't mean to change the subject in this thread, but I have a simple question: Where's the engine coolant temp. senser in our 1st gen Pros? Specifically, the SOHC? Thanks!

Yes, you NEED a new sensor, or else the ECU will be dumping fuel like crazy to try and warm up the engine, or any other kind of thing like that as it will be confused.

I think the coolant temp sensor is the little black thing sticking out at the top of the radiator with two wires coming out, but I could be wrong, don't have the book to look it up right now.

Anyone got pics of the exact location? (and can point it out). Thanks

I have the same problem. THis is the pic that SCiMMiA24 posted for me. I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet but it looks pretty simple. ;)

I think I'm just gonna change the sensor, much easier, and I don't want my engine too cold during the winter. So I'll just put it back the way it was. But thanks for the help guys, I really apreciate it. :)
