lx to se rear brake swap?

is it possible and if so, has anybody done a lx rear disk brake swap onto a se?

BTW, I recently purchased a 1990 SE , 98,000 original miles, it's got a 5 speed and generally runs great. Unforunately, it was a city car and rust is everywhere. The frame is mistly fine, but the rear quarters near the doors is in need of some work, and under the drivers side door, the frame has a six inch by 3 inch hole. And the front swat bar rotted off the link on the passenger side. oh and the trans stisk wobbles to the left and right about 4 to 5 inches regardless of whether it's in gear or not.

OK, could anyone provide details on the swap, what is needed from the LX and is it bolt on?
