How do I change the bulb in the brake lights?

The left side bulb is out. How do I go about getting to it so I can replace it?

brake light is a 1157 dual filament PUSH n TWIST type bulb. just to let ya know. signal and backup in the rear is 1156. and the annoying license plate lights are size 89. im curious tho, every place i look up light bulb sizes for the license plate bulbs, they list the 1st gen protege as 194/168. anyone else notice this?

Thank you for all the replies. I was not sure if I was supposed to rip off the paneling or not. It seemed like I would be breaking the car and I did not want to do that until I knew for sure that was how you do it.
