Fuel Injector Cleaner?

Hi everyone. I've got a '94 LX with the 1.8 DOHC. I am having a bit of trouble with the throttle, so I thought maybe I needed to get some fuel injector cleaner or throttle body cleaner, or both.

It has a dead spot in it right when you press it, so you can't give it a little bit of gas. It is none, then bam, a lot. Very annoying. What brands do you all suggest? Something as simple as STP, or another kind I don't know of?

Any and all help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks to both of you for the responses. I'll be sure and check them out and let you all know the results when I fill up my tank again in about 2 weeks.

Thanks again!

what about prolong products???? Are they that much better considering the bottles for them cost so much more?:dunno:

I have never used ProLong myself. The last fuel injector I got was STP and it really didn't do much good. I am planning on going to Advance next week and see what my options are. So we will see.

That is one of my options. It has been a good 10,000 miles since I last used anything on her.
