European Side View (Aspheric) mirror

Does anyone know if there is a place to buy a drivers side view mirror (for a 1992 Protege) that is "aspheric", as commonly used in Europe? That is, the end of the mirror is rounded to give a wide view but the rest is flat, so the image in the mirror looks the same as in the US except the image farthest away from the car smoothly wraps around to show blind spot. I rented a car in Sweeden that had one and it gave a nice view of the blind spot. Much better than the add-on convex one I use now. (OK I always turn my head to look too!) If the Eourpean Proteges had one, I'd like to try to get one for mine.

Thanks!

I don't know about the protege, but this website has a very nice tutorial on ashperic mirrors for a Porsche Boxster. It explains the pros and cons and gives a very good photo example.

I deceded not to get them because of the distance judgement problem.
