Engine Vibration , hesitation at 60 mph

I , maybe somebody can help me !

I got a protégé 1990. It's running pretty good except that recently the engine begins to vibrate at high speed(55 - 65 mph)
I changed the spark plug and air filter. The rest of the fire reliated items looks good.
It feels like the engine miss gaz at a certain point !!
Thanks

Plug wires and fuel filter would be next on the list of things to check.

I forgot to say that I changed the gas filter last week. It was a pretty tough job and it did not resolve the problem...
I think the problem is something about the fuel like the fuel pump or injection system etc. (it begins to vibrate only after running 10 minutes of constant highway speed)
I'm afraid its gonna be some repair cost.....

i had the same problem, i replaced the fuel filter air filter plugs and the disrtubter(spelling) cap, and it fixxed my problem, i would check to see if ur gas can when taking the cap off dosent make a sucking noice, plus pull up the back seat and check ur fuel pump wiring like you said, good luck:D
