blinking charge light
 
got a 92 323... ive got this flickering charge light.. batteries r fine.. changed the alternator belt... wat else is left ? well obviously the alternator... nething else cud b the prob ?

personally, my experience doesn't cover much into why the charging light would be on, but if your alternator was dead, the car wouldn't run for more than 10 or 15 minutes AT THAT. does your engine squeal any (belt may need tightening)? do you hear anything rattling inside the engine or hear any sort of scrapping noise near the alternator or even IN it (alternator)? wires connected snuggly to alternator and both terminals on the battery tight? do you get any flickering of interior lights when you use accessories (ie when you use the turn signal, turn on headlights, turn on the radio or a/c, or even use the cigarette lighter? i'm not thinking that this is helping much, but hopefully somebody else can, good luck
