Suspenion bushings?

were can i find some polyurethane bushings or better than stock bushings for my car. I took my wheels off the front to change the brake pads and to my amazement the bushings were more or less gone. just a couple of shredded bushings is what i saw. do you think this might fix another problem i have of when I hit speeds over 75mph the steering feels a bit off, it's not as tight as it should be?
