Knocking Noise!!!

Hey i jus noticed today driving back from the track a weird KNOCKING noise on my suspension. It sounds as if my struts are hittin the tops of the wheel well... it not like the CV Axels are clicking, im almost positive that its the damn Struts. Maybe Strutmounts?

Could a Strut Bar do this????

Hmm... please post your opinions!!!

Sounds like you have bad thrust bearings. Little plastic things that the struts turn on. POS parts. To replace them, you have to take the struts apart (remove springs). If you were planning on replacing your struts or your springs, now is a good time (since you'll have the strut apart.

You can drive safely on them for quite a while, as they won't come apart, but you will have to eventually replace them (I've driven for 6 months on them, because I was too lazy to do it).
