how the hell do you guys fit 17s

HOW THE hell do you guys fit 17s is all i wanna know, my pro wont take it...i have 17s on right now with a +40 offset, i used 1/4 inch spacers cuz they were rubbing on my lower part of my strut in the rears..and i have 205/40 series tires, now..when i hav ppl in the car my car drops, is that because my struts are done? cuz if i lower my car on the 17s, its gunna tuck nicely, but i wont be able to have my sub, or anyone else but myself in the car!!
help!!

i had problems with rubbing with my 17's, but thats because they are 225's in the rear. i solved that problem quickly by rolling the fender lips and using 1/4" spacers as well. :)

BTW, its the 323 below....

how did you fit 225 tires in a 323? my 205/45/16 A520s rubbed all the time. I'd love to mount some 225 drag radials on my car.

hmm. I never had any problems w/ rubbing in my car, even w/ 3 people in it.:)

That 2.5" drop w/ those wheels make me jealous. Looks great :)

i've got 17s with dropzones that are all the way down. my tires are tucked, and no rubbing. maybe you've got some weird offset?
