Balljont Q?
 

My car failed inspection because my balljoints were bad. So I went to Auto Zone and they gave me an option of two balljoint specified by Vin#:
#BG21630911
OR
#" "12

I have a 92 dx pro, 4 door and those two Vins dont match mine. I looked at the Protege Faq page and there is no BG21.
Can someone please tell which balljoint im suppose to get.

look in the door jam and get the built date. shoude have a month and year. they can use that to determine witch one you need.

I have a 92 SE and I just did my balljoints and I also did a set on a 91 DX and I didn't notice any difference between them. Escorts, Tracers and 323s all look to use the same ones too.
