Alignment settings

I did the search and went through all the posts and there are lots of suggested camber settings on this forum, but no toe or caster.

I also searched ther Net and found nothing.

I need to have an alignement done, but the shops say they need the info since my car is lowered, because it won't be the same as stock. My car is lowered about 2".

What are the best settings for toe and caster? I'm sure all you Auto-Xers have all found the optimal setup....

So far, I have found that general opinion places optimal camber between .5 and 1.5 negative degrees.

What is the best toe?

What is the best caster? (And is this even needed when doing an alignement?)

Is there any way for me to fix this on my own in my driveway? (Camber might not be fixable, but can I adjust the toe myself?)

Thanks in advance for the speedy reply... I don't want to do any highway driving with my new tires until I've done an alignement...
