hey I was on the escort board looking for cool stuff they might be talking about and I came across an intake kit that looks like it could fit a protege... since we got the same engine I just wanted to share the wealth....

If it fits on those Escorts, it'll fit on the Pro. I have the filter and adapter from Procarparts.com, and itworks great. It's not a K&N filter, but it does the job well. :bt:

there's the issue of, if it's a 2.5" tube or 3" tube. also, it looks longer than the weapon-R, and it removes the Hbox....
hhmmmmmmm, not sure on this one.
