what is the meaning or disti?

Nostradamas April-1st-2002 09:17 PM

I'm not sold on the fact that the Miata ignition is better, per se. It may tend to last longer, but it isn't as easy or cheap to replace as the pro.

I dunno DIS is kinda cool, it doesnt rely on traditional mechanical contact to operate at all...Granted its expensive to fix if it breaks... I'm actually thinking about picking up the pieces to make my Haltech a DIS when im done <from memory its miata coil packs and an RX7 Igniter to make it work>
