What Trannies are compatable with the protege as well?

hmm, i think if u have a hydro lift its easy. my mechanic redid mine in just 1.5 hrs

I would have thought it would be more difficult......does anyone know someone in the niagara region who would do it....or who knows some one good....i can get a tranny with reall;y low k for cheap.....and would anyone know what other trannies would be compatable

Millers auto wreckers is a good place to find used ones and as far as a shop to install it should not be a problem

I currently have a 5 speed tranny and it is clicking when i am in reverse....and i think i can hear a slight clicking around 140 kph + so i am looking to replace the standard tranny with another 5 spd...
