got my engine out now i need help
 
now that i have my engine out what should i do like, what all should i get done to it while its out of my car cause once its goes back in it probably wont come back out ..so if you have any suggestions please let me know so i can get it done while my engine is out... thanks bye

Flyinmiata.com has a crank shaft that increases the stroke, and gets you almost 2.0 L. Get your block bored, longer rods, 11:1 forged pistons, heads ported, 3 angle valve job, new cam shafts, titanium retainers, and solid lifters. That should be a good start. If you want to be able to get the most power from your new engine you will need a programmable Haltech ECU. If you might want to turbo later, change the pistons to 9:1 and don't get crazy with your bore. Let me know how it turns out.

Did you just decide one day "hey, I think I'll take out my engine"??
Are you talking performance shit or just general maintennce shit?

yeah, do all that stuff he said......and then...slap on a nice turbo kit....heh...sorry im not more of a help...but thats what i would do....and is it a sohc or a dohc? if its a single i would definatly consider going to a junk yard and upgrading to a double...just what id do
