I have an 2003 ford explorer and need to know if I removed the converter will that allow my truck to start and drive at least?
Truck just stay started at this point which, I had a friend diagnosis and told me it's not in need of a tune up, but the converter was either clogged or defected. If I removed the converter and ran a straight pipe will that by me some time til I can have the converter replaced without major complications?
