clutch starting to slip

Well...I got the mazda running and i've been driving it around a little bit. It seems to be running ok, other than the fact that the one side cv is clicking, and that it doesn't idle too good. The other problem is that the clutch is deffinately starting to slip. It still drives good, but when you shift it into second hard, it just keeps reving, and finally engages. It's like this... 1st gear...waaaaaaah...shift....aaaah...oooohhh.... lol

Well, i figure i could sell it now and get like $500-800 out of it and let the next person deal with it,

or i could spend like $200 on a cv and clutch and put it in myself and sell it for like $1000, maybe.

Or i could do the above and also get a new windshield and fix a couple other little things, and keep it, but with 170k miles, i dont know how long it would even last. What do you guys think i should do with it?

Keep it, Fix it, Drive it.
My car has over 170K (most of wich, is with redline shift daily) and it still's runin' strong.

My '90 has 230,000 on the original engine, tranny & clutch. Keep it for sure. Heck, it's a free ride.

My 90 has 217,000. My little car has heart, I say keep your going.
