!!!!!!! clutch screw torqued

What do I do if I was to...say...torque a screw and it breaks off....

on the clutch.

I was installing my clutch on the GTX and over-torqued one of the screws. And before you call me an idiot, yes, I was torquing to specification...all of the other screws went fine.

IS it safe to drill it out?

yup .. you can ... or just pull of the clutch pull of the flywheel and then sit there and look at it ....j/k

yeah drill it out ...

lol, thanks bruce...you're always helpful

I think I'll just take a break and do that tomorrow...I've been moving engines around since 2:00...so you could imagine what wonderful proverbs I recited when the bolt broke.

anyhow..thanks.

ohh yeah ,, I tend to use some of the regular " YOUR MOTHER " when I break a bolt or strip a bolt
lol
