i need help because im seriously gonna like smash my car thats how much help i need..
 

I need elp with my car i dont know what has happened. I have no oil pressure after the engine is properly heated up and there is a clattering noise coming from the valve cover...If anyone knows what this is please let me know or if this has happened to anyone out there let me know what to do! thanks
