will the mazda 3 17" tires/wheels fit in the MP5??

i know i jsut asked about the mazda 6's tires, but i like these rims better.. but they width is a lil bigger... anyone know if that'll do any bad dammage or wear? or what type of OFFSET am i looking for that wont rub if i get an aftermarket rim? or even tire size.. thanks a bunch

I think on one of the other boards someone has fitted M3 wheel on their P5 with no issue.

yes, they will fit. Thread pattern is the same and offset is close enough

but the tires i'm trying to buy are 225/45ZR17 and the stock ones are like 195/50/16 or something like that

225's are too wide...they will rub...need to go with a 205, a 215 MAY fit, but i doubt it...205 45 17's are a more popular size and you can find them less expensive anyway
