Mazda 323f 1.8 excessive idle

Hi I am having problems when I bought the car I realised all lights on dashboard weren't working and all bulbs had been taken out and when I I put all new ones in they all come on and idle was all over the place. Traction control light, abs light, and engine management light. I found an abs sensor was faulty replaced and all them lights went out. Idle is a lot better but when moving with no throttle revs stay to about 2000rpm until stopped. But also when stationary and rev up it take a couple of seconds for it to stable to normal.

Any ideas please?
