Noise from clutch and axle

Everytime I release the clutch on a hill or if the car doesn't seem to have enough engine power to start the car from a stop, I hear a clicking noise on the driver side wheel. The clutch also makes spring rusting noises, don't know how that happen as well. What could be the problem and does anyone else experience the same problems.

My car was bought brand new. My car now has 16500k miles and 9.5 months old. It has a history of problems. My intake manifold was bad (10000k miles), evaporation pump leaking (14000k miles). now I am hearing uncomfortable noises (16000k miles). What should I do or what can I do? Will mazda give me another car?

Mazda will not give you another car unless your state/province/country's Lemon Law states that a new car must be provided if the car clicks or squeaks

I wouldn't exactly call that a "history of problems", though that is more than I ever had to deal with (I'm at 83k miles). If the dealership replaces parts to fix it, would you expect them to give you another car? I'm sure it's something simple, just take the car in and see what they say about it.

Thanks for the advice, to describe a little better, it sounds like something is slipping from the axle, like two metals clinging each other but once the car starts moving, the sound is gone.
