Question port and polish

has anyone gotten their heads port and polished. i found a guy that can do the work for me but i am wondering if it is even woth the cost. any ideas on how much power i will gain. 03 protege5 2.0l. assume fitted with cai and cat back. thanks

probably only 2-3whp with the mods listed...if you go with a turbo, or raise the compression and better cams for an NA setup, they could help with as much as 10whp or more depending on how good the work is done...
