Essential speed mazda speed upgrades, Hard pipes, fmic, cai and mid pipe

Mazda speed is being dynoed next week anticipating well over 220whp@ 12psi

will attach a few pics of the hard pipe kit/cold air intake for turbo feed.. for the mazda speed protege.
2002-2003 Mazda Speed 2.0L
So far the benefits of the hard pipe kit;
includes;
top and bottom intercooler piping constructed with 304 ss material
cold air intake(fender well location) c/w filter for turbo air supply
all needed silicone couplings and gear clamps
Essential Speed is now supplying a HKS super sequential B.O.V. it also comes with a recirculating hosing, to avoid that annoying stalling that comes with b.o.v. to atmoshere
An increase of 1psi over stock boost,smoothened power curve through boost and quicker throttle response.

Cost........1380.00 can. funds.shipping included plus taxes

Stage 2 (10-13psi)
additional intercooler piping and couplings
front mount intercooler(spearco core 3.5" x 7" x 12"lg )
c/w custom end tanks and the needed mounting hardware
radiator mounting bracket
Manual boost **** 0-25 psi
Essential Speed's fuel cut defenser module

Cost...........................1450.00 shipping included

Stage 3 (12 psi +)
**Stock and our mid pipe shown in the comparision pic**
Mid pipe with 2.5" hi-flow cat,flex pipe and 2.5" 304ss piping
this mid pipe is a direct fit between the callaway downpipe and the racing beat catback system.Our mid pipe flows 30-40% more air equalling in better flow and whp numbers
Essential Speed has found that at the same boost setting(10psi) on our boost **** after the mid pipe was installed our psi jumped to 15psi.We turned the boost down to 10 psi and spun an additional 15whp gain just by our mid pipe install.

cost of 675.00 can. funds plus shipping

Stage 4 (15psi+)
Vortech FMU rising rate fuel pressure regulator
all the needed lines and clamps for the install
cost .........................325.00 can. plus shipping

Options
Ceramic coating of all pipes in the full kit.......................................425.00 can.

powder coating ............................295.00 can.
