ECU compatability question

I have 2004 Mazda 3,2.3L, Manual transmission, Hatchback. I have ECU with corroded pins going to the throttle body and need to replace it- throttle body is limp. I'd like to find a used one to save $ and have it reprogrammed. My PN is L373 18 881C E6T52275H1. I found one very close in PN L373 18 881E E6T52294H. Both are off a 2004 2.3L manual trans Mazda. Will Mazda service be able to reprogram this PN for my car

Apparently the PN was a good match. I got it for $84 off ebay and saved over $700. I installed, and Mazda reflashed it with my old PCM/ECU for $50. Works great!
