my buddy with his 94 ran me two nights ago.

i had my sister in the car and he still couldn't take me.

i know i had the better launch and better shifts.

fyi his car doesn't come with a tach so he was shifting way under his rev limiter cut off.

i think it i have my tools out of the car and driving alone i can take him if he pushes his car.

hmmmm soooo much negativity, if you know your car, you dont need a tach, i never look at the tach when i race, and i always shift at red line. so how bout you shut it. btw good kill man.

i know lots of civic hb's racing without tachs and win, and my friend has a mirage, I know you're laughing but he did a whole buncha **** to it, no tach, ever, and he still rapes eclipses, focus, pt cruisers, PROTEGES, you name it.

exactally my point, if you know your car, you know when to shift. i know at 35 i shift outa first, 60 i shift outa second, 80 i shift outa 3rd, and well 4th never maxed it, but just from my speed i know where redline is.

a tach equals a car that cost more than 6k? thats the most retarded thing i've heard, the tracer i had cost 5k it had a tach, the civic i had cost 1300 it had a tach my moms crappy saturn cost 3k and it has a tach, if your calling a car thats in the same category as our cars a"shitty cereal box toy car" then what does that make your car? you still drive a protege just like all of us and just because it has those mazdaspeed emblems on it doesn't mean its not still in that category, its still just a protege so get a life.

If it was a DX you should have beat it by a bit more, but then you had tools in the back and a DX hatch weighs like frigin nothing... throw a B16 or B18 in there and all of a sudden the Raping becomes a different story

My car cost more than $6,000, and so does every other 2000 DX that doesn't come with a tach. So if you want to be negative fine, but prove your negativity with facts, not stupid comments...
