Help!Need Mechanic in CT Meriden

Hi
Help!Need Mechanic in CT Meriden

So this is my story

bought 1-st gen mazda 3 speed 2.3 turbo without head,
So i bought used head, put on top, set timing, it started , but worked bad after 3000rpm's. My Autel told me that mixture is lean and i heard exhaust was shooting, after i had code that exhaust cam is in wrong position and timing is set wrong, so i took out head and noticed that cam gear was loose, i changed camshaft with camgear on other used but not loose one, again set timing started and car worked fine, but again when turbo should hit car had no power like 230hp should have. and after it is working 20-30 minutes on 700-900 rpms it shuts down and dont want to start untill it is cooled down.

I checked fuel rail, injectors, fuel pump, everything is fine...
turbo is not smoking,

Can this be some stupid ECU chip tuning programm?

So tell me please your thoughts about this situation i have, and advise me mazda specialist in my area, but please dont tell me dealership....

this car is killing me....
Thanks

What are you running for an ECU? The stock one won't work with an aftermarket (or MS3) turbo set up.

Be careful with them AFRs! Lean + boost = zoom zoom boom.

Sorry, I guess I misread. I thought you were putting a MS3 turbo on an NA mazda3. Good luck sorting it out
