Heater is always HOT

My 2010 Mazda 3 heater is always hot, way too hot. the only time the temp will drop on it is when u reach the top of the temp dial then is losses bascially all heat. The dealer replaced the acculator switch which controls it but it still HOT. Any suggestions?

drop it off at the dealer and tell them not to call you until its fixed... warranty is good for that kinda stuff.

hot heater

Back at dealer today and dealer manager told service to fix it...BUT ever since they replaced that part (they pulled out whole dash) I smell coolant. I had taken it back since repair for this smell but they just rinsed off spilled coolant but it is stinky. Today I told them I can not drive a coolant infused over hot car. Manager did ride with me and confirmed both to service. Waiting on a regional service rep to come next week to evaluate. And yes, I left her with the dealer.
