2005 Mazda 3 wont start
Cars been sitting in a garage for a while and i have no idea whats wrong. It sounds like the starter is the issue but it could also be the battery.

It sounds like it tries to turn over at the start but then it just starts clicking. Looking to get a second opinion on what it might be before i go and buy a new battery or starter.
This video was taken after i tried to jump start it. Not sure what to make of the sounds im hearing so thoughts on this would be appreciated.
