2005 Mazda 3 rear brake pads

The rear brake pads on my Mazda 3 wear out at 30,000 miles. Are there any brake pads out there that will wear longer? I am due for new pads now.

the rear pads are made from a soft organic compund which will wear faster than the fronts, most aftermarket pads are simila, but not as bad. i have ebc greenstuff which claim to reduce break dust...... they dont lol, ive heard good things about hawk hps pads as well, the brakes are easy to do yourselfjust make sure that you have to correct tool to retract the rears(you can rent the tool from any autoparts store or buy one from harbor frieght) it will make things alot smoother!
