Hey Guys

I just want some info on parts to improve some performance

I am just wondering if anyone has installed any of the following parts and your feedback on the parts.

Currently all i have is a K n N CAI.

The parts that I am looking at are:

Cat-Back (borla or magnaflow)
lowering springs with camber lings(maybe mazdaspeeds)
underdrive pulleys
shocks and struts
short throw shifter
maybe a set of headers

Also I am interested if anyone has all these parts installed what kind of horsepower am I looking at.

Also I am looking at possibly upgrading my ECU!!!

Welcome to the forum. The 3 is still pretty new and there aren't a lot of choices out there for you yet.
There is currently only one header out there that I know of, and the few people who have it have complained of fitment issues. I am actually bringing in a header for the 3 this month from overseas for a test-fit. The construction is top-notch, I have one in my '03 Pro.
Stay tuned, there will be a group buy probably some time in March.

Hey welcome to the forum, unfortunatly i have none of these put in so i cant tell you how much horsepower youre lookin at but ive asked heard good things about the Magnaflow Cat-back, and for the springs Mazdaspeed is the way to go (with springs the more money you put down the better, dont hold back) but thats all i know but as for youre ECU there are a lot of problems the aftermarket companies are having with ours cuz its very complex and difficult to understand, hope this helps a little.
