I have a question about getting painting done? Has anyone got anything painted proffesionaly? Anyone recommend a good/resaonably priced place:
I checked a couple random places and they gave some very rough quotes "VERY Rough" on what it would cost for a front lip, what do you guys think?
Maaco:
$75-150
Boyd Auto Body:
$200-300
J-Max Auto Body:
$150-250
Mind you this was all done over the phone and none of them saw the peice yet...
Any help, tips, or prices you've paid for work would help, thx guys...

I would recommend staying away from Macco. Most people are unhappy with the quality of paint job they get there.

Here's a few i remember when researching
The brackets are the phone numbers:
Winter's Autobody (786-6695)
Sterling Collision(667-4554)
DonVito's Autobody and Glass (McPhillips)
Bounsum's Autobody (786-2346)
All Star Collision and Repair (772-1100)
Wall's Rod and Custom/Sybersport (878-2337)
Gateway Autobody(667-5544)
My bodykit was painted at Winters, and i was definately satisfied. Of all those, they were the cheapest.
You HAVE to search from shop to shop and get quotes..they all quote different prices..some are ridiculously high, some are decent...but search so you don't get ripped. Bring the lip with you.
Have fun in your search :D
