Question 99 headlight help

i need some help on changing out the burned out bulb from my g/f's 99. last night it went out on the highway and we stopped at autozone and got some new lights, but when i got home i tried for and hour and a half to take that damn thing but it seemed to be held by a spring or something cause i couldn't turn it, pull it out. so i was wondering if any of you on here can tell my how to take it out and put in the new ones

yeah, take off the power cord leading to the bulb. Then, take off the rubber seal and set it aside. now, holding hte bulb in is a safety spring clip. The latch for both sides (i think) is on the left if you're facing the rear of the car, leaning over the bulb. push it in and down and it should swing free. switch the bulbs out and just put everything back in the order you took it apart. FYU, i don't know what bulbs you go, but I just put Sylvania SilverStars on mine and it made a BIG difference. Good luck and if you need any more help, just ask.
