Off Idle Bog

Off Idle Bog
Ok guys what are your thoughts?
I have a 92 LX Auto, Just turned 40K MI. Ever since I got it (7K MI) it has an off idle bog when I floor it. I have changed the timing belt, cap, rotor, plugs (ngk), wires filters etc..
It idles and starts fine and drives great and pulls good through out the rpm band. the only issue is the off idle bog.
The only way I can describe it is if any of you have ever had cars with carbs and know what it acts like when your accelerator pump doesn't work right. If I stomp on it, it bogs for a second and then starts climbing.
Does anyone know of a common problem with mazdas or proteges that would cause this.
Thanks.

my moms subaru did that. I'd press the gas to the floor and it would kinda "stop" for a second and then take off. I just think its cuz the car downshifts and it takes a second to drop down and then turn over. i dunno i could be retarded.
